  Good service. Terrible brunch. Food was barely warm and dried out. Completely overpriced for watered for down drinks with little to no alcohol. This wasn't a boozy brunch , it was a sober brunch with bad food. Only good thing about this place is the service.

  Had lunch there this afternoon.
  
  I can't complain about the quality of the food, however the services certainly needs improvement.
  
  Like most customers, I work in the corporate development of Melville and don't have the opportunity to sit for an elongated lunch, which I figured was obvious considering me and my associate were in suits and ties.
  
  We sat at the bar and ordered wings and salads. The wings took 30 minutes to appear on the pick up window (we were starving, so we were hawking it). The bar tender was stretched extremely thin (he was serving guests at the bar, making drinks, running food to tables and busing tables), and we were unable to flag him over to grab the wings. They sat there for 10 minutes and eventually came over to us dry and warm. We were in a rush, so we didn't play the send it back game.
  
  Then the salads, my salads came out wrong twice in a row! I asked for a chopped salad tossed in dressing, the first time they forgot to chop it, and then 10 minutes later the second time they didn't toss it in dressing. The bar tender caught the mistake but still the process was much longer then needed. My associate was finished before I started
  
  Honestly, the waiters and waitresses were just standing around, talking, looking at their phones with an attitude of "not my table not my problem". I really can't hold the bartender accountable because he was running around like a chicken with no head however I was expecting an "I'm sorry for the confusion we're short handed" or something, but he was completely unapologetic. I wasn't looking for anything to come off the bill, but some recognition of what we just dealt with would have been nice.
  
  I don't know if this was a "sit at the bar" type issue or if the place is completely mismanaged, but I don't see myself going there for lunch anytime soon.
