  The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The food was so much better then I expected. But how can you go bad with anything in cheese. Over all an amazing experience. Just make sure you have the funds to spend well over a hundred to have a great time.

  "Why'd we wait so long to come here?"
  
  That was the reaction of my dining partner mid-way through our dining experience. Note what I wrote: dining experience.
  
  Our server, Michael, was very friendly & attentive, and walked us through the entire menu. After a bit of a wait, he prepared our fondue at the table. Had initially planned just to dabble a little; one taste of the bacon & brie changed my mind.
  
  After fondue and salad, I had serious reservations about having enough room for the entree. Again, after trying some tasty morsels of pork, beef & chicken self-cooked at the table, I changed my mind real quick. Just be warned: once you taste broccoli fresh out of a mojo-flavored bouillon, plain old broccoli may never do.
  
  Needless to say, we still had room for our chocolate fondue dessert. Michael even brought out a little birthday dish of sweets for my wife, as I had noted that our visit was for a birthday celebration in the reservation (which was easily made online).
  
  The Melting Pot is not priced for a ho-hum weekly visit, nor should it be. It's a dining experience to be savored.
  
  This just may have been my favorite dining experience ever.

  This was a really fun place to go to because it's so different and you're essentially cooking your own food. Everything is well seasoned,but the flavor comes out best in the seafood. It was pretty expensive though. A meal for two generally exceeds 100 (not including the tip that the servers clearly deserve). I'd recommend everyone go there at least once, but I'm not really sure yet if I'd go again.
